Those teams likely have little to no cap room to be able to afford them, and unlike previous maddens they wont cut peyton manning to make a splash (until hes 37, i saw him in the fa pool).

Is restricted FA still in the game? I enjoyed tendering offers and offering other teams RFA's...i havent been paying any mind if its in this game.
