Hey man I'm glad you enjoyed. Thanks for resuming my thread lol! I'm working on an update now. Gotta work a couple of kinks out. I'm a try and upload it Monday...gotta work this weekend.

Just uploaded lastest update. For UNC fans, I have the roster accurate. I've move the Bandits to LE and the Rams to SS. Everybody has their correct numbers and are in their correct positions.

I'm a UNC fan on PS3 and I'm curious of what your rating are for the UNC players. Could you please post them? Thanks

A combination of 3 editors...Madden Editor, Generic Editor and Dynasty Editor.

Yukon's roster as my base. He did a great job by the way.

Feedback from people on this board namely khaliib, Art, GMSS etc.

My own resources I've gathered over the internet.



My Edits




Roster Edits(Global) These were done at the very beginning!

Speed and Acceleration(-20 across the board)

Hit Power- set at 0

QB Throw Power(-15)

QB Throw Accuracy(-30)

Injury(-30 for all defensive players so that you'll see defensive players get injured)
Stamina(set at 75 for skilled positions, 50 for OL, 10 for DT, 20 for DE, 30 for LB, 40 for DB's)

Agility(-30 for all OL and DT's)

CB Tackling(-15 due to CB tackling IRL being subpar overall)

BCV for RB's and WR's(set at 127 to make the run with vision)

Catch rating for all defensive players(-20) due to defenders intercepting passed like Ed Reed.

I changed all Scrambling QB's to Balanced Qb's with the exception of pure option QB's due to QB's leading their teams in carries and actual running backs having low carry numbers as a result.

Set Run Block Strength/Footwork to zero for all OL with the exception of option teams; Set Pass Block Strength/Footwork to zero for all teams.


Raised Pursuit and Play Recognition for all LB's by 15 to help with stopping the Human Run Game.

Lowered Strength for all OL by 25 to help with pass rush as well as making the run game a little harder.

Roster Edits(Player/Position Specific)

QB's

a)Pocket Passers- Lowered Carry rating to "5" so that they won't take off hardly at all unless absolutely necessary. Also lowered their speed by an additional 20 pts. Also lowered break tackle by 30.

b) Balanced/Scrambling- Lowered break tackle by 20 and Carry by 10

RB's

a) Power- Lowered speed and acceleration by an additional 10 pts. Raised break tackle by 10. Lowered Juke Move and Raised Trucking and Stiff Arm Tendencies so that those particular Tendencies played out

b) Speed- Lowered break tackle by 25. Lowered Trucking and Stiff Arm and Raised Juke Move Tendency. Also raised Elusiveness by 20.

WR's- see above for RB's


Roster Edits(Team Specific) (Still a W.I.P.)

a) For all smaller and non-BCS teams(the exception being a couple teams like Boise St) I lowered strength by an additional 20 and speed/acceleration by 10 to make it difficult for smaller schools to hang physically with BCS powers.

b) Made team specific edits to team that excelled on one side of the ball specifically. For example...Alabama D(gave all defensive players a boost in Pursuit, Play Rec, Block Shed), Oregon O(gave all skilled position players a boost in Speed, Acceleration and Elusiveness),
Stanford Running Game(Gave boost to all OL in Run Block, Run Block Strength/Footwork)

c) Gave the majority of the SEC schools a boost in speed and acceleration since they are known for the "SEC Speed"...

Also, I am going through and giving extra attention to the All-Americans, pre-season ALL-Conference players so they stand out more. As I said, with the team specific edits and edits to star players they are still a WIP and are really the only things I have left to do. Once I'm done with that I'm done lol! As I said in a post on the editor thread. We are basically 3 and a half weeks away from football season staring...specifically my Heels going into Columbia on a Thursday night and getting a "W'(had to throw that in lol)


I have pretty much tried not to let sliders play a heavy roll in the game. Matter of fact I have all my sliders set at 50 except INT's(35) and Pass Block(48...editing sliders with the editor allows you to make edits by "1" instead of "5"), Punt and Kick Acc(43). I play on All-American primarily but any level should be fine. I use 35 Threshold and most funny of all...with the lower speed edits, the game plays great on Very Fast.

PS...I may have left some stuff out simply because I couldn't remember at the time of this post. If I remember something I'll just update it.

Hey Tarheel goodmorning to ya. Are you familiar with which TAB contains the global sliders within the generic editor (editing for ncaa14)? I'm trying to drop CPU QB acc down to 3.

With the sad news today, I'm a have to milk this game to death now! There is no rush anymore. I can take my time now. I'm the new governing body of the NCAA and BCS. This makes me all the more grateful to have the editors. Can you imagine if we didn't?

This is very sad news, fortunately we have this forum and passionate college football fans that are also as passionate about gaming. This years football game was the best we have seen in a while. I will be playing this years edition with a desire to make it as complete an experience as possible and with editors that are as passionate about this sport as you are, though I am sad about the ending of an era, I am not without hope for an NCAA football experience going on.
