Gran Turismo 5 - Birthday Car Gift

When activating a PSN account, you have to plug in your birth date, right? Well, GT will recognize this and present you a Birthday Gift car... I thought that was a really neat gesture! :)

So, considering it's Jaaaaassssssooooooonnnnnnn's birthday today, let us know what ya got. :star:

I haven't gotten anything yet... although I also haven't tried to play online, so maybe I need to do that first? I want my bday car :(

Ahh, here we go, turns out it gave it to me last night at midnight... I got the Audi Quattro '82 :woot:

Too bad it's not a premium car... would make for a fun and awesome blast from the past.

Has anyone been successful with that exploit that people are doing with these birthday cars? Seems like it takes way too much time to create account after account..

I was just curious if anybody had gotten something insanely rare. I heard it takes like 35-40 minutes to do it. I can do the polyphony cup in about the same time and get XP, and over 200k credits..

Why would it take 40 minutes to make a new account? It takes 5 minutes top... Also, why do people always abuse nice features like this. Wouldn't the game be so dull if you basically cheated your way to everything?
