    Running with Debo Samuel

    Anyone how to get him in the backfield. Does their playbook have a formation for him?

      I have to wait till I'm off to see but last yr they put him in use for formation subs. U can put him in the backfield that way. And iirc for depth chart 3rd down/power rb.

          Yeah there's a shotgun formation specifically called the Deebo package, but I've seen some guys use a different one that puts a wideout in as a second halfback. It's definitely possible.
          Bills, Sabres, Illini, Cubs, basically any team that abuses its fanbase and I'm there.

              The Niners Playbook has a formation called "Deebo Package" in the gun set. It's essentially the compressed splitback Gun formation with an online TE. It has various packages in it that can change who's lined up next to Deebo/your WR in the backfield.

              In addition to this there's also another Gun formation called "WR in Backfield". Its also a compressed set much like Split Gun Close. It however is defaulted with the TE flexed out on one side and 2 WR on the other side. Its a nice little formation I added to my custom playbook.

                  Try the Vikings playbook. I am playing with them on FOTF and they have a couple of plays out of the shotgun with Justin Jefferson in the backfield.

                              Would it be beneficial to sometimes switch his position to RB, upgrade him, then switch back to WR? That way his carry, bcv and stuff get upgraded some.

                                  I played against the 49ers in my franchise and he had like 5 Carrie’s pretty realistic tbh
