    Defensive Packages

I have a solid 3 headed monster for my linebackers. So I want to play a 4-3 scheme where they are on the field basically at all time.

    Please can someone help me?

It depends on what their roles are. If you go to a site like huddle.gg, you can look up defensive formations and see which playbooks have them. So if you have three well-rounded LBs, you'd probably want to look into 3-3 nickel fronts specifically. The last few years, the Ravens have been my go-to and they have a couple 3-3-5 looks.

      Thank you very much.

What about if I have equally solid front 4?

If your classic front seven is that deep and versatile, any multiple D look like the Patriots or Ravens will do. It may mean some time in 2-4-5 looks where one or two of those LBs, or a big run-stuffing DT, won't play that much, but at that point you're suffering from success. Especially if this is franchise, because allegedly playbooks mean more than player ratings when simming games.
