Pippen doesn’t come w his own dribble sig (glitch- you can’t access all sigs)

There’s a glitch where you can’t access all sigs for players. For example, Pippen doesn’t come with his own moving hesitation sig by default (but it’s in the game and others have it), and when you try to give him it, the options that show up are limited and none are his.

Anyone know a way around this? Annoying to think Pip has a sig that he’s not even able to use.

Add to this I also scrolled through the small amount of fade away options and assigned a different one to MJ to test - when I went back in, I could no longer access or assign his signature fade option. It was gone.

It's a lot of these types of things happening within the edit screen, John Wall loses his updated scan completely if you edit anything on him.

All the bugs in this would be great game is holding it back I hope the devs really patch it up good.

If number 2 is true then I’m sure it treats the sigs the same way it does dunks. You need to be a certain size/skill level. So for example, if the Pippen sig is available for X guard just change Pippen’s height and ball handling ratings to be the same as his, assign the package, then change Pippen back to his normal size and ratings after.

No idea if that works as I haven’t tried that but it’s worked for dunk/layup packages for years now.

Oh yeah that’s another bug for sure.

Good idea on adjusting height. I’ll try that. I rose his handle rating and it didn’t work. Reggie Jackson has his hesitation move so I’ll try giving him his height to see if it works. But I also have a feeling if you remove Pippen’s move from Reggie, you won’t be able to access it again, so I’m imagining it falls into that glitch.

Didn’t know that about Wall. Will have to see if changing his number screwed up his new face scan in my roster.

Wtf. Yeah my roster’s Wall lost his updated scan. And you can’t get it back by importing dna either.

Unreal. The face scan issue also happens when you edit Pippen! If you edit the newest 96-98 Bulls Pippen scan at all, it reverts to his older look with the fro and goatee.

Nope. When it’s gone it’s a HARD gone. Same as Wall’s. I tried importing dna and everything.

Anytime you edit anything in the edit menu you lose those scans. Even contract.

Is there a way to edit contract in the quick menus? I was able to use 98 Pippen on my roster and he thankfully still has the right scan. But now I have to use his standard shoes and can’t give him black home shoes and also I can’t manually extend his contract.

Importing DNA worked for me when changing shoes on series X.

Meaning you were able to access his 96/98 face scan you lost it via changing shoes?

Yes, for the 96 Bulls. Did it last night before bed for the hell of it to see what was going on. I changed the shoes, he changed to the bob fro and goatee then I imported his DNA with the fade and repeated the process with no issues. My choice of shoes on. Went through a few players and found a horrible Horace Grant for the Magic and imported him from the correct bulls CAP.

Yeah it seems to happen with random players. Edited Jalen Smiths shoes and his glasses disappeared, and can’t get them back.

Which is fine because I don’t want any nerds on my team anyways lol
