Era-Specific Sim Sliders?
I’ve noticed that despite the surface-level changes like hand-checking, the sim stats in different eras are not very good. 3PA and % maybe the most glaring example. Has anyone come up with any sliders for different eras? If not, I may give it a try (was tinkering with some last night).Tags: None -

I will definitely be working on these at some point. I have a solid setup for modern day for sim stats, but haven't got into the 80s or 90s yet.I’ve noticed that despite the surface-level changes like hand-checking, the sim stats in different eras are not very good. 3PA and % maybe the most glaring example. Was gonna wait for finished rosters but I don't think that's necessary for this stuff. I definitely want my end of season team stat averages to be as close as possible with real life 83-84 season. Seems like very little defense was played in the 80s contrary to what most think. 110ppg league average in 84 is a ton with hardly any 3pt shots. FG% average for the league was 49% which is super high as well. And about 30 fta average as well.
Going to begin testing this stuff today and I'll either add to existing thread or create another for that specific era.

Would you be able to share you modern sim sliders?
