    Global In-Game Editing

I may be in the minority here; but if I'm not, do you all think it would be worth petitioning EA for a global in-game editor?
I know 2k basketball has a global editor, but I truly didn't realize how in depth it was. you can basically edit almost everything for every player from the front roster screen, exception being appearance I believe, without having to click and go anywhere else. Names, Jersey #'s, Attributes, Tendencies, Badges, Height, Weight, College, D.O.B., Years Pro, Salary, Peak/Potential, Injuries...everything right there...and of course the ability to edit all players globally at the same time.

How wonderful would it be for us to have something like that in Madden. We desperately need a global editing feature like that in my opinion. I wonder if EA would listen?

    Re: Global In-Game Editing

Mannnn I would be sooo hyped if they added this. 500 ish players to edit in NBA vs 3000 in NFL. Goes without saying. What's cool is 2k tries to add a little bit more to it each year. For example they added all the missing and updated badges as well as years experience this year. So really all that's missing is like you said appearence, as well as contracts and potential detailed ratings (boom/bust% etc)

If Madden just gave us ratings and player traits, that'd be amazing. Madden doesn't have as many editable values as 2k does.

      Global In-Game Editing

Was doing a ratings deep-dive for my squad and noticed every last damn guy on my roster has an injury rating of 86 or higher. Every last one. Jumping is another one where it seemed like every other guy was rated like 91. What’s even going on here? So lame.

      Just one man’s opinion.
I don’t actually care about any of this.

AND then I could finally adjust every db in the league's catch rating in about 20 seconds appropriately. hmph.

yea youre right. Im making too much of this. I need to buckle down and adjust MY game the way I want to.

Honestly, its such a great visually attractive game now compared to many years ago... But the whole int thing (and more than likely the progressive fatigue thing) kills the game for true to life football hobbyists.

Yes, If I spend, literally, TWENTY FOUR HOURS I should be able to correct the glaring flaws and come up with a fun and halfway realistic (statistically speaking) game.

BUT I would ALWAYS have to spend that time if I wanted to use an updated roster (only 14+ more roster updates expected) and forever be married to this (my idiotic) roster no matter how it plays. I'll never be fully "updated" with a proper playing game.

            So, yea, whatever you say.

Been asking for this since the NCAA days. People put it on EA forums every year, it is buried within 30 minutes with people asking for color cleats, mouth pieces.

Pretty sure he agreed with you bro. This comment seems weirdly aggressive.

Yeah no I'm 100% on your side! I'm a 2k roster editor so I gladly spend MONTHS rebuilding the entire game essentially to play better. And that's with all the tools 2k offers. I just spent 2 hours doing nothing but just globally adjusting injury, catch and jumping ratings for just a couple teams, which with a global roster editor would take literally 20 seconds to do the entire league. Worth to me in the end to create a game that plays and sims better.

This would be huge. I hope they add the exact quick-edit feature that NBA 2k has.

                          Would definitely help a lot.

Also I feel like rating changes etc should be kept in a different file to roster changes. Seems kinda lazy that they're together tbh
