How does the CPU INT slider work?

I've got it lowered to 15, yet any contested pass seems to get picked off and I'm throwing 4 INTs per game. Playing Madden 20, but I'm sure the logic of the slider remains the same, right? Thanks for any insight.

So better off editing HUM QB ACC or CPU Pass Coverage?
I am pretty sick of trying to slider edit Madden into a fun game. God I miss NCAA

It's a bandaid fix, but you can edit your own MLB/secondary and your next opponent's MLB/secondary to have low catch ratings.

After some fiddling around....I really think the sliders are backwards??!! This game is weird.

The INT slider didn't work and was specifically fixed in today's patch.

Slider works now after the patch. There always seems to be some confusion about sliders, especially with the fumble slider. The best way to look at them is they are ratings modifiers.

So the Interception slider increases a defenders catch ability. Higher means better hands, lower means worse hands. This also will impact their playstyle on the field. Worse hands means the DBs will go for more swats and less interception attempts.

The Fumble slider impacts the carry ratings. Higher Fumble slider, better carry ability, less fumbles. Lower value, worse carrying, more fumbles.

                  All sliders work this way.

Never thought about it this way. What is your rating modifier for Pass defense reaction time? Play recognition?
