Is the depth chart screwed up too?!?!

I thought maybe, just maybe, this game was playable by now after all the updates, so I started my franchise earlier tonight. I spent hours setting everything up, all the sliders and different settings,doing releases, free agency, trades, etc., etc. Made several different saves after completing certain things in case I wanna go back at some point. So the last thing I do was to set my depth chart and made my final save. I fooled around with something else can't remember what, and then looked at my depth chart and it was all back how the game had it before I worked it. So I set it all up again and then signed one last FA, and it freaking reset it again! I am beyond pissed now! Waited all these months to even attempt to start a franchise, spent my entire Saturday night setting it all up how I wanted it, only to have this BS happen. WTH?

Signing a FA, trading for a player (also maybe trading away a player), and adjusting a player's position on your roster will always force a lineup reset.


I learned the hard way as well. I recommend making all the moves and changes you want before setting up your lineup.


I wish there was a way for us to save our lineup. Silly that there isnt.

Ok, thank you. If that is the only things that trigger it then I can deal with that, even though it is stupid. I was afraid it was gonna reset after ANYTHING at all that you do. i'm still gonna be bothered with looking at it all the time to make sure it did not reset, uuuuuughh... I don't recall previous Madden's doing this, but each year they do screw up a few things that worked well for years SMH......

Turn off practice squad stealing. That fixed it for me for the most part. I still double check before each game though.

I believe that It’ll also reset when an injured starter comes back
