I wanted to create this thread to highlight my own personal roster for the PS5 for NBA 2K23.

Here are the details:
Current NBA Teams
- All Ages and Years Pro are adjusted to replicate the 2023-2024 NBA Season as we gear up for the NBA Draft + FA
- Head Coaches and NBA Team Staff are adjusted for staff movement. Currently, I have "placeholder" Head Coaches for teams without a current head coach. Once those are officially updated, the file will be updated as well. Assistant Coaches' roles were also updated to better replicate their fit on each team.
- All teams have adjusted Attributes/Badges via Real2KInsider roster then tweaked by me. All credit goes to John for his amazing work to use as a baseline
- All Players Touch/Shot tendencies are adjusted to better fit the flow of each team. I will adjust again as the draft/FA comes about.
- Player Positions are updated where needed.
- Players who were on two-way contracts for only one season were added to their proper G-League Team. Players who are on Two-Way Contracts for the 23-24 season are still on the roster.
- Andre Iguodala + Matthew Dellavedova were removed. Udonis Haslem will be also once the Miami Heat season is complete
- Players who did not play in the NBA for 2022-2023 were removed from the FA Pool
- Any players who were in the default FA Pool that played in the G-League for the 2022-2023 Season were added to their teams
- I added various young G-League Prospects to each G-League team as many will get Summer league invites or be on the team next year
- The FA Pool has about 36 Random Generic Players who are there (all with AGE 40 to better identify) as after the NBA Draft, prospects will sign Two-Way Deals or Summer Deals, and those slots are designated to account for those players.
- Any default CAP faces have been updated with a better appearance thanks to various users via 2Kshare (Dirty_8_Spesh), (EasyEd341) & a few others
- Some players have accessories/shoes updated as well as I tried my best. I still would like to add some Signatures to players but just have not had any time to do so yet. If you want to do that, please let me know.
- Updated Playbooks via Da_Czar and his team. I added the new playbook plays for teams recently updated (SAC, PHX, HOU, etc)
NBA Draft 2023 Prospects
- 65+ Prospects have been added to the FA Pool via Draft Classes by (Philleim2002) or (Jackmove916) then edited by me to correct age, attributes, tendencies, etc. where needed.
- All Players will be correctly added to teams on draft night.
- Any players currently who are on the roster and who decided to withdraw will be removed and replaced with another player.
Classic Team Rosters
- All Teams are updated with the correct Missing Players
- Some teams have attribute and tendencies adjustments - Still a WIP as these are very time-consuming lol
All-Time Teams
- Each Team is overhauled with added players who I chose to better replicate each team. The obvious ones are there. Barkley, Miller, Van Lier, etc. If you do not like the choices, you can simply go to the Deleted Players section and re-add any players removed
G-League Teams
- I filled out the rosters with some key players for each team based on the 2022-2023 Season + any two-way players who were only signed to one-year deals.
- Some appearances are updated by Dirty+8+Spesh or myself
- I slightly tweaked attributes and tendencies for some players as well. I will add more players once any undrafted FA signs after the NBA Draft.
Hopefully, this roster will hold anyone over that is looking for a base roster to use for QUICK PLAY as I did not design this one to work in MYNBA, etc.
If anyone wants to use this as their base and add to it, please feel free to do so, but if releasing publicly, please try to credit me and anyone else I mentioned above.
