After years of using slider sets from this forum I finally decided to develop my own. I strive to get the game as close to sim as possible while still providing the challenge I want in a franchise.

*Edit, trying to nerf offenses to some extent so you may see some drastic changes as I've been testing more*

Gave your set a try, I think it plays pretty well so far through one test franchise game. Colts Vs (CPU) Jaguars, lost in a blowout but it felt right. Struggled to move the ball through the air with both Richardson’s raw accuracy and underwhelming set of weapons. Had some success rushing with Taylor and Richardson, but the CPU clamped down on that after halftime.

Lost Buckner early in Q1 which really hurt the run D and pass rush, and with how bad the secondary is beyond Kenny Moore, who is no superstar, it felt fair for the Jaguars offense to have a strong game.

It played to the ratings IMO. Extremely small sample size, but promising.

Got another game in, Jets Vs (CPU) Patriots. High scoring game on both sides, a little too high. Felt fine about carving up the Patriots defense with how good the Jets offense is (added Cook), and having the opposite experience the game before with much lesser talent on offense.

My main concern so far is user zone coverage. It felt too open and soft with a quality Jets defense against a painfully average Patriots passing attack that doesn’t have a single standout player. Passed their way down the field too easily. It’s always possible that user zone coverage is just bugged and needs to be patched, though.

User pass rush could be an issue playing into it. Haven’t gotten much pressure in either game, though it made sense with the Colts. CPU QB might be getting a bit too much time to hit a receiver coming open, and not being forced to get the ball out under pressure or throw on the run often enough.

I have gotten high scoring games also, wonder if the quarter length plays into that. And I raised my own coverage sliders to 55 or 60 for my guys and yeah my pass defense is awful, they feel slower in coverage and especially on any cut routes they are 3 yards behind . Those sliders might be reversed again this year

Made a few adjustments, I'm trying not to make drastic changes but trying to get the CPU passing game to relax is challenging. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have time to test the theory that the coverage sliders are reversed

Lowering CPU pass block seems to help lower the CPU passing game for me. Their passes are off the mark a lot more when under pressure.

The pass coverage has to be reversed I lowered it to 15 and it played like 85 and when I had it at 85 it played way worse

Man this slider Set is awesome!!! Had the best 2 games now since Release! Really great. Do not change that much! Really good.

So far in my testing I agree with this, let me get a few more games in and I'll get some adjustments in

This is the first Madden I have bought since Madden 12. I'm on PC and I'm really liking this game, feels unreal sometimes how much detail they have put into the game since I last played it over 10 years ago. At any rate, im confused on the sliders (not yours) but; which ones must be set to the right or left (low-high) I remember a couple of the sliders were glitched and you had to put them lower for it to take affect.

Some of the sliders seem to behave weird this year. Pass coverage being the biggest one. I'm currently playing around with Matt10's sliders and thoroughly enjoying them

I have a really small sample size so take it for what it's worth but I'm seeing good results with these sliders as a base and really appreciate them.
