Madden 24 Biggest Draft studs and Freaks

I don't think anyone has started a thread this year yet and with the draft classes finally fixed I'll go ahead and start the thread.

Here's this 81 ovr QB I drafted. Looks like a future stud but...

Let me know when you see it.

Better spend the rest of your picks on OL!

Or trade him - AI doesn't factor injury in to value.

The Broncos 1st off-season is a dumpster fire. Like 20 million in the hole even after restructuring contracts. And they only got one high draft pick. I went 3-14 my first season and had the #1 overall pick. In hindsight I should have traded down to get more picks to fill out my roster but he looked really good. He's a literal glass cannon at QB. But Russ was injured half the season. So he's gonna be backup insurance which I for sure needs.

Love this tbf, F injury grades should see them off your board. Injured in college, injured in the pros

Drafted a beast WR in my first offseason in my first franchise this year. He was an 81 OVR. He got hurt multiple times his rookie season and I realized his injury grade was super low so i ended up trading him. It was a really cool realistic touch that I've never seen in madden to that degree before.

I don't have a photo of this other guy i drafted but I got a 6'8 WR recently. He's got 89 speed. Kinda slow for WR with that body type, but insane height if i can figure out how to use him.

6'6 WR with 92 speed and 99 juke. This guy can juke about 7 yards east to west and unless you have the unfakeable ability, you'll never tackle him in the open field

I'd make a receiver with that height a tight end.

In a very QB strong draft, I drafted 2 QBs with 99 THP and one of them had a hidden dev (Star). The downside was that neither of them had a quick release and their accuracy ratings were all in the 70s. The same draft, the Saints drafted 3rd overall and got a Stud QB with 99 speed/acceleration, 90+ THP and all the accuracy ratings were in the 80s.

Recent draft had the highest overall I've ever seen for a random generated player.

                  87 Overall running back. 94 speed, 93 accel, 90 carrying, 87 BCV.

I didn't need a RB, but man that was clearly one of the generational players. Went 3rd to the Saints which... hasn't gone well. Not his fault.

Just drafted an 85 overall Punter though. That was kind of fun.

Lastly, saw a WR with a 4.22 40 time at 6'2. Wondered what kind of freak he was. 99 speed, 99 acceleration, 97 change of direction at 6'2.

Why isn't this kid broken as hell? Two factors. One: 43 injury. Two: 45 catching and 42 catch in traffic.

Ladies and Gentlemen, Madden has re-created Darrius Heyward-Bey apparently.

Is he a position change candidate? Defensive back? Otherwise, seems you at least have a great kick returner.

I have him returning kicks. His coverage stats are bad, and his tackle is (no joke) 32, so he can't be a DB.

I apologize if this is too many photos.

                        6' 9" 225 lb WR

Couldn't get myself to draft him.
