Presentation Glitch - Game Issue or My TV Setting?

Full transparency I recently purchased a new tv. Playing NHL 24 I noticed that when scoring a goal skating up ice that the player graphic of the goal scorer gets cut off at the top of my tv screen. No issue when scoring down ice. Can anyone tell me if this is a game glitch that cuts off the goal scorer graphic or an issue on my end that requires I adjust my tv screen setting? Thanks.

don’t remember for sure but isn’t there a calibration screen that lets you adjust the screen to your tv screen?

Yes, it pops up the first time you boot the game. Look in the settings, I know you can get to it somewhere but I'm at work and don't remember exactly where it's at.

Thanks guys! I thought it may have been a calibration issue initially, but when I booted the game up again the initial calibration setting came on the screen and I paid more attention to make sure it was correct. Still happened.

I will go into the calibration setting and take another look. Thanks again.

Make sure you redid the console calibration for tv positioning in the system settings (i know ps5 has this) and that your TV is displaying the correct aspect ratio. What TV are you using?

Thank you. I will have to take a look. It's a Sony - 55" Class BRAVIA XR X90L.

Also, yes I am playing on a PS5.
