Excited to share this. It is a roster that I edited to include all major free agency changes from this year pre-draft. All changes were made in an effort to not break franchise mode, and early tests show that at least for a season it works as expected. So no need for a separate franchise file. I plan to do more with this post-draft and I'm going to dig into maybe trying to modify the franchise coach in game files for playbooks, change some music etc and i'll post accordingly here, but for now this is what I have. Again, this is for Madden08Next (https://github.com/antdroidx/madden08next) so if you attempt to use this with basic Madden08 I believe Play Now will work but franchise will lock up on you. As the season gets closer i'll add updates and maybe do a roster/franchise file (not in game edits since it would take too long) for Madden12. Enjoy.

Thanks for this. I can confirm this is working with Madden-Next on original hardware. I was able to sim and draft into the next season. Hopefully you will have a an after draft roster ready soon! -

Hey glad u liked it, I thought it was a waste of time haha. Sorry, forgot about this forum lol. Yes, I completed one that is post-draft, made a lot of changes, have not gotten to fixing all numbers or anything like that bc I want to do a final version after Madden25 ratings are released. PS I'm not saying you have to be part of this, but this is where I release stuff once it's done first.

Working on an update of all of this for a final 2024 release. Rosters are slowly being done now and then I'll release that as a .max file and if time permits I'll update coaches and players in game to have the Iso rebuilt for a refresh of the game. Final Update for 2024. I'll likely be done with this mod for the near future, feel free to join my discord of AnotherMaddenMod for Madden12 if you want to see what's going to be done for 2025 and hopefully more.
I dont remember if i gave credit but all credit for Madden08Next goes to antdroid, I'm just updating the roster with this effort.
