Editing Superstar Attire???

Pretty sure I know the answer after searching online, but wanted to see if any of you all found a legit fix...

Is it really impossible to change a superstar's attire?

Take Hulk...

If I wanted to put the Hulkamania shirt on Hogan, rather than Hulks Rules, I go in and edit it, but it never saves. I've done the work around where duplicate it, change the photo, etc. That way works for some guys, but not for others. I'm trying to turn HBK '05 into HBK '97, but no matter what, he always comes out in the HBK '05 attire.

I like to give guys Manager attires, but again, nothing actually saves.

Is this just a bug 2k has no intention of fixing?

What exactly is happening?

I always edit attires, save them to everything (Play Now, Universe, etc...) and they show up just fine?

Is this a known bug? Are you making sure you:

A) Save the attire to EVERYTHING
B) Select the attire

Seems super simple and "duh", but something to check and make sure you're saving it to everything...and selecting it.
