Help me flesh out my total fantasy, team builder conference!

I am from Canada. I have no attachment to any particular NCAA school thus my plan is to create a school in team builder and run with that. It also lets me express my creative side in that I'll make really fun custom stadiums, fields, uniforms, etc in the game.

The Plan:
- Create at least 1 team builder school, custom logos, uniforms, etc
- Work toward creating enough teams for an entire conference. 12?
- Create that conference in-dynasty and build up my school.
- Intent is to make all teams in the conference 1* - 2* at most: definitely want a bottom end, tight resources, fight for everything build up school and conference

School ideas so far:

Starfleet Academy: Cetaceans
- Alternate name consideration: Deltas
- Cali, San Francisco Bay Area
- Like Airforce or Navy
- Whale logo (Star Trek IV)
- No shortage of resources for logos, etc
- Get to do game fits like starfleet uniforms

San Dimas Wild Stallyns
- Bill & Ted
- Cali, LA area
- probably gonna do some crazy 80s theme logos with horses or a pegasus or something

Dillon Panthers
- Friday Night Lights
- Texas
- Lots of 'Explosions in the Sky' music if we could only import songs like back in the day lol
- Rivals: West Canaan & Arlen

West Canaan Coyotes
- Varsity Blues
- Texas
- Rival to Dillon Panthers, & Arlen

Arlen Longhorns
- King of the Hill

- Rival to Panthers and West Canaan

South Central Louisiana State University Mud Dogs

- Offensive scheme based on an all-star Quarterback (TROY BARNES!!!)

- Considering other team names since they don't have an official one.

TC Henry Titans
- Remember the Titans
- Alexandria Virginia
- Defensively strong team
- Runs the Option on offense

- Olympians

Please suggest to me any other fun fake teams out there that you think should get some thought. I think I'm ultimately aiming for 12 teams to fill out a conference?

Hell, can I create some sort of custom bowl for this specific craziness?

Please feel free to give me suggestions on offensive and defensive systems you think would fit/be fun. Personally I love the idea of the Option and I want to use that with my specific team. I've heard of something called the Spread Option?

Going off Kaiju, definitely something West Coast if there is a college, but I think Nor Cal Kaiju sounds cool. Put them in Eureka, CA or Maybe Vancouver because it sounds cool and could WA or BC.
