Maybe I missed this on another thread but if I am the OC or DC do I have to recruit for the entire team? Or if I put it on auto recruiting with the CPU do the other side of the ball? Will the CPU use the remaining hours I leave available?

Be careful with auto recruiting. The AI will disregard anything you've done in recruiting and replace most of the board with guys that they think they should be going after. If you've targeted any guys outside of the recommended tab, the AI will remove them from your board to replace them with the recommended players.NHL: Vegas Golden Knights

I have definitely seen the CPU add players to the recruiting board and offer scholarships but not do anything more than that. The also explains how players I've targeted randomly get removed from my board. So far, my team has not signed any defensive players as I was not actively recruiting them.
It would have definitely added to the realism of starting as a coordinator to only be able to recruit that side of the ball.Comment
