I always turn the music off anyways because I'm listening to music on headphones along with watching sports on the ipad next to me but seeing "Party Hard" on there is awesome. Madden 2003, baby.

I understand it's a license thing, but this company makes enough money to make this a staple again. Nothing gets me hyped more than just hearing the trumpets and whatnot in the menu or at the franchise schedule or editing highlights. Side-note I do like the addition of party hard

I’m pretty sure old Madden playlist songs from previous versions are in the stadiums. You can select them to play in the main menu if you alter the play list. Pretty sure I’ve read that somewhere.

You need to go in and select it because it isn’t set by default. Default is the above play list.

When you proceed to the main menu, you’ll hear a soundtrack composed of 33 songs from various genres that were curated to create a house party vibe.

We also included 34 classic tracks as stadium music, some of which we brought back from previous Madden games. Prepare for nostalgia when The Hives and their song “Tick Tick Boom” transport you back to Madden NFL 08!

It’s worth noting you can go to our Music setting and choose from our classic tracks to add them to our soundtrack.

I'm pretty happy with some of the selections, especially the classic Madden tracks.

That said, I still want more variety, and the Sam Spence NFL Films stuff too. Seeing bands like Skindred, Turnstile, Green Day and NothingMore give me hope that maybe we'll see some metalcore/nu metal/pop punk make a comeback in the future Madden soundtracks.

Without those bands like Underøath, A7X, From Autumn to Ashes, Chevelle, Trivium, etc., on the 03-09 soundtracks, I don't think my music taste becomes what it is today.

I never understood why sports games need a soundtrack other than like when Madden had NFL films music. Although at the same time if it weren't for Madden 12 soundtrack I may never have discovered Five Finger Death Punch.

I get why they do, for the kidzzz lol, but they really need to have a mixture and for sure bring NFL FILMS MUSIC BACK PLEASE!!
