Where do you see this at?...btw, on Xbox you can already download the game through the Xbox app on your phone.

You can download but you run into the you need to disk to prove ownership. This issue has been a huge topic of debate across the internet on Reddit. Also a thread on EA support and Microsoft support as well. Big mess on EA’s part.

Noticed this myself after purchasing the CFB/Madden mvp bundle way back before CFB was released.

I was at least hoping to see the "we know you're excited" message when I tried to open the madden app.

I have looked on Reddit and what I'm mainly seeing is folks asking the same questions as here, and are given the same answers as I have given, I would hardly consider that a "huge topic of debate".

As been previously mentioned as well, the games are tied to your account, and if the MVP Bundle has been bought on your account, you WILL be able to get the game...you will NOT be out "50 bones"

Here is my only issue with the bundle . I ordered it back in July and when I went into the store it always has an upgrade option. This is concerning because the deluxe bundle should be the upgrade. Even when I downloaded madden from my phone it still said I didn’t own the game and go to the Microsoft store. When in the store it allows you to buy the deluxe addition. Shouldn’t it already know you own it and not give you that option ? Not saying it’s not going to work but it I think both sides have valid points

The main issue for me is that the mvp bundle is not recognized on the download. Whenever something is downloaded you can always find the version and the place where the price is located changes to you own this once you make a purchase. But in this case those that installed from the app when it asks for ownership and try to verify the bundle never shows. It is basically asking to repurchase from the standard, Madden deluxe or an unavailable standard.

I have bought multiple game bundles before and each had in individual base game download located in the edition.

Let me clarify what this issue means to me, downloading is not really the main issue here. The issue is in proof of purchase. Each version when you purchase a game has a license key that allows your console to operate the game/software. If our bundle cannot provide this then come next week whether it is Monday at 4 or Friday at 12 AM we do not have a license key that will let us operate the game. Someone from EA has to fix this because someone called Xbox and they say it is publisher’s responsibility to fix issues involving product on the store.

It's out on PS5. Downloaded a few hours ago. I bought the MVP bundle when College 25 came out.

You may need to look at games you own on Xbox? On PS5, I have the MVP bundle, and I know I just had to go into my actual games I own area and it was there to click on so I could do the pre-download. I think it's "Game Library" or something like that on Xbox.
