    Rosters

I thought when they gave us the option of roster sharing roster makers would have more options, for example different eras.Instead we get 90% of duplicate rosters.Any way I'm not saying they are not talented but I wish some would be more creative.

Have some patience, it takes time man, game has only been out a little over a month. Have you ever done a roster, especially historic where hundreds of players need to be created? I've done several classic rosters over the years and probably averaged several months easily to finish.

If you're on PS5 there's a very good all-time alumni roster with a ton of caps that just came out a day or so ago, play with that for now or use it as a base and make whatever era you're looking for yourself.

I love how 2k does it giving you "eras" in basketball. It eliminates teams that were not in the league and allows you to relive a certain part of history. Until EA does something like that, the classic teams just doesn't seem as relevant... I mean 2k recreates the entire season, even brings back old areans. EA, we would be using a classic team and would still face teams like Seattle, Vegas, Minnesota and Columbus to name a few that would still be in the game. Just doesn't feel authentic. I would love to do a classic roster and season and thought about it, but having the current teams and every player being a silhouette has always stopped me...
If you keep bowing down and praising the developers, (NHL series) nothing they give us the consumer will ever be a "finished" product. Take a stand, it is your money!!!.

This isn't necessarily true. Can do a custom franchise with teams from any era. That said, I love the 2k eras, and would love something like that.

What he said - you can set up a custom franchise or season and remove (or add) whatever teams you want. You could even do just the original six as league options are 6-48 teams.
