Difference between help defense in gameplay slider and coaching slider?

Do they basically do the same thing? or it`s more like coahing slider is more about spacing and gameplay slider is more about reaction time?

Not sure but I’d like to know where everyone keeps their coaching help defense slider (standard is 75).

I just go from 90 to 92 today, and it seems the defence spacing is a little better. So I ask here to see if anyone else feel the same.

The coaching sliders governs how prone the AI is to send help (for example if you get beaten by your man, on mismatches, when a player is hot etc. etc.) while the gameplay slider govern how effective the help defense is (as for example when a double comes the higher the help defense slider and the easier will be for the ball handler to either lose the ball or have a jump ball contest) along everything related to how good the players are IQ wise when helping (i.e. it increases/decreases the help defense IQ attribute of players).

Also the defensive awareness slider has a role on the latter, albeit indirectly.
