    National Championship Super Framey

    Has anyone else noticed how choppy the National Championship is? I'm playing in the Natty probably for I think the 5th time or so in my OFFLINE Dynasty and it is super choppy feels like the drop from 60 to 45-50ish frames. it has been like this every national championship I have played in this Dynasty.

    Every other regular season and or bowl game feels fine. the first few I played in I restarted my PS5 thinking it was some sort of RAM issue from leaving my console in sleep mode. Starting to wonder if its from the extra decoration and gold effects on the scorebug or something.

    I created this Dynasty in early October so maybe this is an issue that would have been fixed had I restarted my dynasty with patches.

    its not unplayable but its annoying!

    Mostly just posting this to see if anyone else had ever noticed this?

      Mine hasn’t been choppy, but the NCG is definitely super annoying. I’ve played in 4 (won 2) in 12 seasons and have been irritated every time.

      1. The play calling screen has yellow splashes on it which obscures some of the writing, making it difficult to see which formation you’re trying to use. This is my biggest peeve.

      2. All scoreboards have some team specific animated graphics which don’t bother me during the regular season. But in the NCG it keeps doing a graphic for the NCG on the scoreboards which is MUCH more noticeable and distracting.

      3. I hate the damned yellow stuff on the scorebug. For the beginning of the game I’m always seeing phantom penalties. In my peripheral I see the yellow box on the scorebug and think “ooooo penalty! This is a free play, so let’s just chuck it deep and see what the hell happens!” Or I’ll be on defense and think “YES! They must’ve been called for holding so that big gain is coming back!” Only to have it not come to fruition.

          The Yellow scorebug tricking me into thinking penalty multiple times as well lol!

              Haven't gotten that far yet but I've noticed the regular game replays are definitely not so smooth.
