Has anyone been able to get to triple overtime?

In the last 1.5 years I’ve had 3 double OT games, but it’s not possible for me to play triple OT. This is because in double OT my playbook gets bugged. For the PAT, I can only kick an XP (you’re not allowed to kick XP and must go for 2) as every other play in my pb is bugged (they’re all either Hail Mary or spike the ball I think).

If the cpu scores a TD, they always go for 2 (as they should) so I either win by 1 or they win by 1 and there’s no option for a tie.

Has anyone been able (and ideally forced) to go for 2 in double OT?

I had a 7 OT game once but that's the only time and I was able to finish it.

Do you use a default or custom pb? My guess is that my CPB is the issue as I’ve always had the problem of it getting bugged in double OT (and never any other time) and only letting me call hail marys and ball spikes.

Not a custom PB but I'll see if I can get into double OT with one to test

I had a 7 OT game once but that's the only time and I was able to finish it.

Did you use a CPB?

I guess it would be possible for you to get to a third OT if in the second OT yielded two field goals, or even no scores?

I had a 5 OT game in my Fresno State Dynasty against Georgia Southern. I use a custom Playbook.

one thing I noticed, as you wrote as well. I don't think you are supposed to be able to go for XP in 2nd OT, but you can in the game. I've lost and won games before I realized the real life rule change.

I fired up a 1 minute quarter play now game to show my OT bug. This time we both kicked FGs in the 2nd OT, but when I went on offense (first) in triple OT I hit the bug.

You can see in the video, that all of my formations show up when calling plays by personnel (which is how I call them). It has every formation correct by name, and every play in them is also correct. However the play art and the play itself if I call the play is incorrect. Every play is either Hail Mary, Spike The Ball, or some special teams play.

If I go to calling plays by formation, it doesn’t list any of the shotgun formations (my playbook is special teams, Hail Mary, Power I for goal line situations, and roughly 45 shotgun formations). Everything appears except for any shotguns (so roughly 95% of my formations are missing). I was surprised to see my power I was unaffected and I guess I could call those, but that’s my “and 1 to go” formation, not one I can reliably get the 3 yards needed for a 2 pt conversion, and certainly not one I’d use for every offense down in triple+ OT.

I switched sides in the game to MSU who uses their default playbook, and they had access to everything, so it’s just my CPB that’s bugged.

FWIW, I’ve had this bug since release and listed in the bugs and glitches thread, but then I had the bug immediately starting double OT. Now I can play double OT and “just” can’t go for 2.

I have not ran into that yet with my Playbook, though my sample size is not that big, most OT games end 1st or 2nd OT for me.

I haven't hit this issue but I still have the "rules of OT" and the "coin toss" AFTER the first OT is played.

I have had the issue in the part of overtime where you have to go for two. However, they put me at the 25 yard line instead of the 2 or the 3, whichever its supposed to be.

On offense, I only had Special Teams, Hail mary and goal line available. I normally use a custom playbook.

I used a custom defense, and my customer formations were gone and I was left with my default playbook.

I went to 7 OT one time with a default playbook. Everything was fine besides announcers started just repeating the same two lines over and over every OT after the 3rd.

I do strictly play the moments. I'm on week 8 season 2 playing every single game on play the moments. I've yet to see one of those games go past OT2. It either ends with the first team scoring a 2 pointer and the 2nd team missing it. Or vise versa.
