Cheapest Price

Anybody know of NCAA Football being sold in the $39.99 range? I thought I read somewhere (can't place it) that it's $36.99 on Madden's release date.

I saw a used NCAA Football 06 at Gamestop(the store) at the mall in Longview, Texas that was selling for $30. Cheapest I've seen by far.
