Does FlyingFinn's NFL 2K5 Roster Editor work with PS2 files or not? I clicked on the readme link on the page where you download the program and it just mentioned the X Box, the reason i'm asking though, somebody posted at the GameFAQs PS2 section for NFL 2K5 and gave the link for the editor and a link for this site to get updated files. So you see why I ask since he posted it in the PS2 section, and yes, he knew it was the PS2 section cause he said something about we could get files from somebody else at the X Box section. So anyway, could someone please let me know, and if it doesn't work, does anyone know any sites where I can get Sharkport files for PS2 games. Thanks a lot in advance.

No, Finn's editor does not work with PS2 files. Sorry!

Okay, thanks a lot, that's what I thought and I wanted to make sure before I installed it. By any chance, is there a program like Finn's Editor that will work with PS2 files, cause after being directed to Finn's editor I ordered a Sharkport just to use with it, then I found out Finn's is for X Box. Of course I know I can still use my Sharkport with files other people have made, but i'm having a terrible time finding any for the PS2. I got the 1 from this site that rudyjuly2 made and 1 from GameFAQs, but other than that I can't find anymore anywhere. Well, there's PSXsports.com, but he doesn't have NFL 2k5, he's mainly got Madden and NCAA along with a few other games. And plus I was wanting to edit my own files.

Well, just to let you know, someone at another board told me it would work with PS2 files also, so I decided to go ahead and install it to find out for myself, and sure enough, there is an option so you can choose X Box or PS2. I don't know if you just never saw that option or you have a version that doesn't support PS2 or what, but i'm running the program right now and it does work with PS2 saves. Btw, i'm running version 1.8.0.22, that's the version available at the website right now. And another thing, even when installing it and when you look at the About within the program itself, it only mentions X Box, but when you go to Options there you can choose either console.

It will load PS2 saves but the edit saves don't load in the game :frown:
