Are there any rosters that include this year's schedule?

Roster files don't include schedule information. However, you can use a current roster, start a franchise and switch to this years schedule using Finn's editor, provided you have an Xbox and an Action Replay.

You mean there is a seperate schedule file that you can import in it your franchise? Do you know where i can find one? Or i'llhave to manually edit the schedule usinf Finn's editor?

No, the schedule information is in the franchise file. Load a franchise save (with preseason complete but no regular season games played) in the editor and use it to swap to this years schedule.
