Practice squad is still being worked on. A very, very awesome feature if it is able to work out.

IR is available through franchise mode only I believe. By right clicking on a player and selecting move to IR.

So you can put people on the IR through franchise using Finns editor?

I know it works if the player is injured but I am not sure how it behaves when the player is not injuried... More testing is definitely needed.

Yeah, I want to know if this works too...if so then I'm gonna have Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, Ahmad Brooks, Derek Hagan, Vince Young, and everyone in my franchise. You have no idea how stoked I was when I saw this feature in the editor...Finn's making the best football game ever even better. You da man Finn!
