Controller settings for breaking blocks
 

Because the defensive controls change when going from pursuit defense to being engaged, I mapped both the power move and strafe to the left trigger and the spin and sprint to the right trigger. If I am sprinting or straffing and become engaged, I just release and press again to do a break block move. This is easier and quicker than fumbling for the bumpers, and makes player linebacker better as you don't get stuck on blocks as often. The fewer buttons I have to press the more effective I am on defense.
