Xbox.com/Operation Sports Article

Operation Sports and Xbox.com continue to work together to provide you with more sports gaming content. Our very own Shawn Drotar has posted a new article entitled Spring Shredding at Xbox.com, make sure you check it out.
"It's March, and while the thoughts of many sports fans turn to college basketball or baseball's spring training, winter sports aficionados are lamenting the "spring melt" that signifies the end of the ski and snowboard seasons around North America.

It's a sad time to be a snowboarder, but Amped® 3 and Xbox 360™ can help to soften the blow. If you haven't played Amped 3 before, well, in the words of Monty Python's Flying Circus: "And now for something completely different!"

I still haven't tried Amped 3, Shawn.

Sounds like I need to. :)

It's a really fun game.

It has to have the wackiest storyline and mini-games ever though. Just straight bizarre.

I just wish it was online, Amped 2 was so fun online. :(

It's not for everyone, and it certainly should have been Xbox Live-compatible, but there's no question that a lot of... creativity went into it.

Maybe even too much - but in an odd way, that's part of it' s charm.

I hope you're getting paid for those articles on XBox.com, Shawn. Because of this one, I think I'm going to have to give Amped a try. Nice endorsement. :waytogo:

Yeah, Amped 3 is a lot of fun, I need to give it more time, but it's a blast to play and so odd.

I'm not. Never have been. I'd rather not become a "paid endorser".
It's just an opportunity to increase OS' visibility to a much larger audience.

Obviously, I also can't rip games on Xbox.com...

That said, if a game completely bites, I won't cover it on Xbox.com.
In other words, don't look for any Xbox.com content on, say, Torino 2006.

As they say, "if you can't say nothin' nice, don't say nothin' at all." ;)
