Ouch, it looks like the license is backfiring. I don't think the NFL never thought of this happening.

I'm sure they made a ton more money from the deal than whatever they are going to lose from this.

But this isn't a license issue. It seems that the makers of Madden would be sued whether there was an NFL 2K7 on the horizon or not. This is more towards how EA/NFL Network deicded to promote each other.

Seems kind of sensible if they do use the father's voice. Also, I'm sure that EA doesn't want to lose more money by any means necessary. Kind of funny.

Don't see it slowing down the Madden train though.......

Jeez, this idiot also sued Cambell Soup because in their commercial they used a voice that sounded like his fathers (http://www.phillyburbs.com/pb-dyn/ne...04-365268.html). This man is money hungry thats all it is, and its sad that he is using his dads popularity to HIS financial advantage.
