Football (NFL or NCAA) Simulator Question

What kind of games are there out there that are good NCAA or NFL simulators? I just stumbled upon OOTP for MLB, but I would rather get into a football game.

So far, I've checked the sites for Strat-o-matic and ActionPC as well as Front Office Football. The college years seems pretty cool since I prefer the NCAA game and it's only $20.

Can someone help me out and let me know what each series has to offer. Any other info you could provide to help me make a decision would be awesome.

Thanks in advance.

Get Bowl Bound Football by Greydog Software....you can't go wrong. It's a college football sim.

It's a great sim. Plus you can do multiplayer season with other friends similar to the OOTP format where they export their own file and you load it to the master season file and simulate week by week. They have a demo to download, check it out.

The off-season is just as fun as the regular season. Recruiting is a challenge, but realistic.
