Problem in Franchise!!!360!!!

I have noticed that when I draft players from ncaa07 into my franchise on the 360, after I practice with them to improve their ratings their age turns to 25. Anyone know how to fix this?

The only way to avoid the problem is to avoid using that feature of the game...just go with the game's natural progression. This is a known bug.
