What is the name of the device I need to download rosters off the internet and where can I get one?

Xchange360 and you can buy them online everywhere, or at Best Buy.

I have a transer kit and can get the rosters on my memory card but when I go to load them from my memory card for gameplay, they aren't showing up. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? They are on the card, but not there as a file to be loaded when I turn the game on.

Try copying them to your hard drive in the dashboard- last blade in dashboard under memory.
