Anyone heard about the new AAFL coming?
 

They have been advertsing like crazy here in Arkansas about the new football league called the All American Football League with Arkansas, Texas, Florida, Alabama, Michigan, and Tennessee. They start this spring and you got to have a four year degree to play. They announced the QB for Arkansas to be Clint Stoener who qb'ed for the Razorback a few years ago. Alot of the other player have Arkansas ties as well (Anthony Lucas, a wr, is another). Seems like their trying to appeal more to college fans by getting alot of their schools ex players which might make it interesting. Still it probably will go the way of the USFL and XFL in a few years

It seems like a good idea and I'd like it to last, but it will probably disolve in the next few years. :(

That's kinda sad. He couldn't even play well for the Argos in the CFL and now he's the #3 pick in a new league?

I wish the AAFL luck but yeah.....I don't think it'll be any great shakes.
