That adds to the doubts of 2k9 comin out deffinately

But the optomist in me says hopefuly they cut off 2k8 as a failure game mode with but are tryin to use it as advertisement for the gameplay to spark more interest and when they bring 2k9 to market they advertise improved gameplay based on last years engine with an emphasis expanded game mode

$9.99??? That is the best deal in the history of video games! Does anyone remember what time of the year that they confirmed 2K8? Wasn't it the Spring or Summer? Hopefully 2K9 will be confirmed soon. If not, Backbreaker will definitely get my money.

One thing with the game being priced between $10-15 is it gives people incentive to take a chance and pick it up; it's a no-brainer price. I know of a couple people that picked it up over the holidays at a discounted price. Obviously the game's a great value at $10
