It might have something to do with hidden potential ratings. Like if DMC has an A potential rating, and Fargas has a C, that could explain why DMC went up instead.

Mine seems to be working ok. The only player not really improving for my team is Jay Cutler, but he has been having crappy seasons. So I guess that works.

Some people seem to be having meltdowns about player progression while others seem to be doing just fine with it.

EDIT: I didnt even think of that countryboy. DMC plays as a 3rd down back the first season. I cant believe people are freaking out so much over one player.
