Tone down momentum?
Just wanted to hear everyone's thoughts on this subject. Seems like the weird things start to happen once the opposition gets the least bit of MO and wanted to see if you guys felt it's overdone? Which leads in to my next question...are 'large' comebacks possible with the big MO against you? If so, what is the largest deficit you have overcome?

Re: Tone down momentum?
I love the MO! It gives u the realistic feel of going into a college stadium.
Define "large comebacks". Not many teams come back from deficits more than 20 pts. |
Re: Tone down momentum?
I went up 28-0 against Oklahoma at halftime and they came back but ended up losing 42-28.
I scored my last 7 points with like 5 seconds to go in the game. |

Re: Tone down momentum?
Yeah MO is very powerful this year. Im in my 9th week with Navy. I had a 24-0 lead against Wake Forest with 2min left in the third (5min quarters). By the two minute mark I was only up by three points...On my kick off return I fumbled it at the 25 and I stopped em on D and they kicked the field goal. With 50 seconds left I got into field goal range and won the game with an iced kicker.

Re: Tone down momentum?
Momentum hasn't been an issue for me. Its rare that I blow a big lead in this game.

Re: Tone down momentum?
And funnily enough Georgia comes back against me the very next game from 35 down to lose 35-28.
