Weekly Practice In Dynasty

Hello,
Does the Weekly Practice affect the ratings of your players at all? I never do them, and I am just wondering if I am missing out on making my team better. Thanks.

I never do them either, its a waste of time, they give a slight boost to attributes for that week only depending on how well you do in practice, nothing special.
