Not letting me create an Online Dynasty
 

It's not letting me create a online dynasty. I can go through the user add/team select, sliders, and difficulty select. But when it goes through evaluating players etc, at the end of that it says dynasty servers currently unavailable.

I just deleted an old online dynasty and was going to start a new one. What's going on here?
