What does it take to get a HARD commitment?
 

from a guy that's soft. Here's the deal. I have a guy and I'm his #1 with the bar all the way full. The next week, Florida is his #1 and he is soft to them. Both of our bars are full with interest. I stayed on him and the next week I'm his #1 again and he is a soft commit to me. Here's the kicker, the interest bar has a little room for both of on the end so the bar is not full anymore but I have a little less room than UF. I stay on him and I'm now in the current week where he is still a soft commit for me but the bar is now full again for me. I went ahead and worked him all I could again but I was really hoping to have gotten him in the truck so to speak. Can anyone give me a heads up?

Also, I have a couple other players that have the bar maxed out but nothing so far, not even a soft commit.

move him up a spot or two on your recruiting board, i know that helps. if hes your number 1. just keep hard pitching your best interest/rating combo. also, if he has high interest in something your school isnt good at...you can sway it down to match. Im not sure on specifics though and would love to hear from someone who designed this rediculous system of recruiting.

was this an online or offline dynasty?

we had a WR in the OS legend OD that had me(Texas Tech) #1 for a few weeks, then USC, then soft commit to ND, then he finally hard commited to me.

i haven't notice it much if any in my offline dynasty.

Maybe its taking into account that these young guys now a days cant make up their mind

Thanks guys and I'll make this out to Max as well. It is an Online Dynasty and I've been hard selling him on Conf. Prestige which is Elite and is either Most or Very High on his list.
