Computer Assisted Recruiting

Do I need to leave a few hours on the clock each week for the computer to help me out with recruiting (change board, schedule visits, etc)?

The CPU uses whatever time you have left over. So if you use all 10 hours they won't recruit at all, and if you have time left over when you advance the week then they'll go ahead and use the leftover time.
