Recruiting: manual v. comp assisted?

have you guys let the computer recruit for you? do you find they do a good job recruiting?? curious how people are approaching it this year.

I know in previous years of NCAA the cpu does a pretty bad job of recruiting for you. But I havent tried it for 2009.

Do you let them play your games for you as well? I build my program and recruit the players I need. It's equally as important.

Some people prefer to let the CPU recruit but the recruiting aspect is what sucked me into the game many years ago.
