Just some school stuff
 
Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me out.

I am a sucker for starting dynasties with 1 star caliber teams. And my latest conquest, UL Monroe is beginning to make me angry. Most of the stuff about the school is sub-par. Does that ever change, or does the schools characteristics stay the same?

Depends on well your season goes. After a year or two with winning seasons they'll gradually start to increase

I know what you mean, I play 4 years with Idaho and my stuff got better after my 3rd year.
