Madden on the PSP
 

Hey guys I'm a first year rookie football fan who plays NBA 2K9 on the 360. While waiting for this year's basketball season, I got into football and now I want to play. But after all these posts about how it's "arcady", glitchy, and it's the same as last years, I'm having second thoughts. Has anyone tried it on the PSP and if so, how is it? Should I buy Madden on the PSP or just go 360? Thanks.

Im guessing Madden on psp is like the ps2/xbox games, if so then it should be very solid

I actually like Madden on the 360. Many people who post negative things about Madden have expectations that will never be met. This is, in my opinion, brought on by the exclusive deal with EA. Since EA is the only NFL game in town many people expect perfection.

I say if you take the game for what it is (it isn't perfect but what game is) you will have fun. If you are hesitant to drop $60 rent it and make your own determination on whether you want to purchase it or not.

Yeah good point Eski, I should rent it. I enjoy NBA 2K9 despite all these complaints people rant about. I forgot to mention though that I'm a guy who gets frequently bored during long car trips. So if anyone has played the PSP version I'd like to know if it's a time killer or not.
