Fun team to rebuild?

Ok, I am sick of my dynasties with Michigan, Texas Tech, Army, Virginia Tech and Miami. What are fun teams to rebuild? I was thinking about using Georgia Tech, UCLA, or Tennessee. What would you reccomend? What other teams? I dont really want to have a 3-4 year project. I would rather a 2-3 year project...

I'm a LA guy so definately UCLA, rebuilding them should be fun because even if your having a bad year you can always squash my beloved Trojans BCS Title hopes.

SCREW USC! Yeah, they should be fun, but 1 issue I have is that Ben Olsen and Patrick Cowen are both too good to bench, unless I want to pretend like they were injured for the season, like they were this year, in real life.

If you play your cards right, you can get Hawaii or San Diego State good really quick.

I just started two OD with these two teams, any suggestions to help improve them would be appreciated.
