Dynasties still being fixed?

I'm commish of an online dynasty with 11 friends. Last night, one of my friends had beaten LSU but when we advanced it switched his game from a win to a loss. I'm wondering if the developers on here are still fixing these sort of issues, and who I need to PM if they are.

Anyone had any luck getting a dynasty fixed in the last few weeks? I haven't gotten a reply yet via PM.

I don't think that kind of thing is something that could get "Fixed". they would only be able to look into it to see if there is something that could be done to prevent it from happening in the future. they can't change the scores of the games.
