Seven Classics Which Demand to be Remade (Part II)

As promised, here are numbers 1-3 on my list of classic sports games that need to be remade. If you missed part one, check it out here.

    3)Super Play Action Football

Please tell me I am not the only person who remembers this game from the Super Nintendo glory days? Not only did Super Play Action Football provide a rock-solid football experience on the field, it also offered something no other gridiron game has replicated: high school, college and professional teams all in one game.

Super Play Action Football was the best! I thought I was the only one that liked that game. I had so much fun creating my high school and its rivals. After that the college mode was my second favorite. It was cool how the playbooks got progressively more complex from high school to college and the pros. A remake of this and a game like Hardball or Bases Loaded would be great. To this day Hardball III was the most-played baseball game of my childhood, with Bases Loaded II and World Series Baseball following. Those were the days.

Oh mannnn, I cant start to tell you how much I loved Super Play Action FB! I put many hours into that game. One of our rival high schools was actually on the game (Muskegon, MI), as one of the top HS programs (of course not by name) - so I often played with them. I loved the progression of the game from HS to college to pros... Definitely a candidate for a remake. LOL, I thought I was alone in being a fan of this game. Good to hear others feel the same. KG Jr. presents was another sleeper classic as well. LMAO @ Bill Laimbeer Bball... I actually never heard of this game. I will have to look into it, being the Pistons fan that I am, as well as a fan of Hudson Soft. Speaking of Hudson Soft, I say they should also remake my namesake, Milon's Secret Castle.

Baseball Simulator 1.000 and a better Super Tecmo Bowl Football then the one just released would be great!

Both would be great for my DS.

            Others that I'd love...

            RBI Baseball
NHL for the DS (sega genisis style with better goalies and AI)

The one game missing from these lists that should be at the top?

NBA Give and Go...its still one of my favorite basketball games of all time...I thought it was revolutionary and was soo much better then Live and the Bulls vs. Blazer efforts...

I only played Play Action Football for the regular NES. I thought that game was decent at the time.

Super Play Action Football was by far the hardest football I ever played. Yet I still played the hell out of it!

Ken Griffey baseball was awesome.. i use to take the indians because albert belle and carlos baerga..... i would also love to see a brand new tecmo bowl.. i would still play it without the nfl teams as long as they would allow full customization from the players to the team name, city, and location... then i can make whoever i want.. either a remake of the original classic tecmo super bowl, or make my 2009 version

I owned and loved all three games on SNES. Super Playaction holds a special place because it was the first football game I actually owned. As was BLCB for basketball, but truthfully that game was terrible. It took me months before I figured out the gameplay mechanics. But once I had it down, I was an unstoppable force.

there was a game on PS1 called Slam n' Jam that was a fun over the top Basketball game that has potential for a remake.

As long as they "fix" the interception thing in Super Play Action Football I'd love to have it remade
(As long as you were in the balls path you couold pick it. There was no height to the ball)
However I played that game to death!
