Is Everyone Online a Geek?

Does anyone just want to play the game?

Every game is 10 minutes of guys geeking their adjustments, every single position on the field, every audible, every adjustment possible, it's ridiculous.

To make matters worse, then they use every game exploit, fade back to pass automatic sack glitch.

If anyone just wants to PLAY THE GAME with the rosters and audibles provided PM me. I make ZERO adjustments, I just want to play instead I'm subjected to non stop clicking it takes forever to play a quarter, it's BORING that way.

Some of you guys need to apply for jobs in the NFL with your detailed X's and O's!

PM me if you want to play on XBOX, I transferred my gamertag and it seems if you play XBOX to XBOX with no 360 involved the game plays right.

I finally figured out how to download the rosters yesterday, NFL 2k5 now plays better than it ever did, you guys did an amazing job.

It would be fun to just go online and play a quick game with no adjustments though, doesn't look like that is going to happen.

I had some incredible games with the classic rosters and updated rosters yesterday, it's like the cpu has grown a new brain.

It's funny how many of the names of the players I remembered and there they were. I still remember the classic NFL of the seventies and the super teams I watched on TV.

I loaded the 1979 roster to play a classic Cowboys Redskins game, Harvey Martin, Randy "The Manster" White and Too Tall Jones on the same line. Roger "The Dodger" "Captain Comeback" Staubach, he was almost mythical to me as a kid. Tony Dorsett in the backfield with Robert Newhouse (he of the 36 inch thighs) blocking for him, Drew Pearson and Tony Hill at WR's. Preston Pearson the original 3rd down back, Billy Joe Dupree at tight end, Harris and Waters in the secondary, wow, I'll never get rid of my 2 old xbox systems.

I played a game with almost every roster, I've still got more to download...
