Intentional Foul Glitch/Help!

intentional fouling for some reason isnt bein called when i play i have intentional fouling on and everything and when i go for the intentional foul it is not called and they foul till they get a steal help on how to fix this

happened to me once. they dont intentional foul anyone if the one with the ball is backing someone down... lost a game cause of that.

Same thing happened to me.Then I when and deleted all my settings and it stoped.But I had to restart my season.
